Derek Burnside Ltd was founded in 1976 by Derek specialising in domestic installations and commercial installations. From here Derek continued to grow the business into a well known local firm employing many electricians. Placing the upmost importance in providing a dedicated service to our customers ensued this growth.
Over the years we have completed many jobs including, new build homes, rewires, church halls, shops, restaurants, factories, farms.
In 2004 Dereks son, Colin joined the company, with a keen interest in modern technology trained in smart home installations and introduced it to our services in 2017.
With all our experience and commitment to growing the knowledge within the company we are proud to offer a one stop shop for all electrical installations from start to finish. May this be a new build home, renovation or commercial job.
